What data we collect.

Only what you send us voluntarily. In the contact form: full name, email address, company or brand (optional), the service you are interested in and your message. When you subscribe to our news: your email address. Please do not include sensitive data in your message.

What we use it for.

To answer your enquiry, book the first meeting and prepare a proposal. If you subscribe, to send you our news. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties.

Legal basis.

Your free, express and informed consent, given when you tick the corresponding box (section 5 of Argentine Law 25,326 and, if you are in the European Union, Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation). You can withdraw it at any time.

How long we keep it.

Enquiry data, for as long as the business relationship lasts or until you ask us to delete it. Subscription data, until you unsubscribe.

Who else processes it.

The website and its forms run on the infrastructure of Netlify, Inc. (United States), which stores submissions so we can answer them. This involves an international data transfer, made under the contractual safeguards offered by that provider. If we contact you on WhatsApp or Zoom, those platforms apply their own terms.

Your rights.

You can request access to, rectification, update or deletion of your data by writing to us through our contact form. If you are in the European Union, you can also request restriction of processing and data portability, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
